摘 要:采用高温熔融法制备了一种抑制片状激光器寄生振荡的Sm/Cu共掺磷酸盐包边玻璃,利用UV-VIS分光光度计和FTIR光谱仪研究了Sm3+和Cu2+含量对包边玻璃在1 060 nm处吸收系数的影响,以及Sm3+对玻璃结构的影响。结果表明:随着CuO含量的增加,包边玻璃在1 060 nm处的吸收系数先增加后降低,这与样品中Al2O3的含量相关;与Cu2+单掺包边玻璃在1 060 nm处的吸收系数相比,Sm/Cu共掺的包边玻璃的吸收系数明显提高。而且随着玻璃中Sm2O3含量的增多,磷酸盐玻璃的许多特征吸收峰均向低频方向移动,说明少量的Sm3+在玻璃结构中起到网络修饰体的作用。该Sm/Cu共掺磷酸盐包边玻璃在一定程度上可抑制寄生振荡的发生。To prevent parasitic oscillation,Sm/Cu co-doped cladding glasses were prepared by high temperature melting.By the means of UV-VIS spectrophotometer and FTIR spectrometer,the effect of the content of Sm^3+ and Cu^2+ on absorption coefficient of cladding glasses at 1 060 nm and the content of Sm^3+ on the structure of cladding glasses were studied.The results show that the absorption coefficient of cladding glasses at 1 060 nm first increased and then decreased with the elevation of Cu^2+ concentration,which is related with the content of Al2O3 in the glass.And compared with that of Cu^2+ doped cladding glass at 1 060 nm,the absorption coefficient of Sm/Cu co-doped cladding glasses is improved obviously.Furthermore,with the content of Sm2O3 increasing in the glass,some characteristic absorption peaks of phosphate glass shift to the lower frequency,which indicates a spot of Sm^3+ is network modifier in the glass structure.In conclusion,the prepared Sm/Cu cladding glass can prevent the occurrence of parasitic oscillation to a certain extent.
