微波治疗慢性宫颈炎400例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法:采用DWY IV型妇科炎症微波治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎(宫颈糜烂,宫颈息肉,宫颈腺体囊肿,宫颈管炎)。结果:400例慢性宫颈炎经微波治疗1次后痊愈382例,占95.5%,总有效率99.5%;15例经2次治疗后痊愈;2例经2次治疗后效果欠佳,再次活检结果为C IN,行LEEP后痊愈。结论:微波治疗慢性宫颈炎定位准确,操作简单安全,治愈率高,患者无痛苦,是治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效方法之一。微波治疗仪体积小,重量轻,便于携带,在术中无烟尘及刺激性气味,适宜基层医疗机构推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of microwaves on the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods： DWY Type IV microwave equipments was used to treat patients with chronic cervicitis,including cervical erosion,cervical polyp,cervix gland cyst and endocervicitis.Results： Of the 400 cases,382 cases were cured after one course of treatment,account for 95.5%,the total curative rate was 95.5%;15 cases were also cured by two courses of treatment and only 2 patients,whose treatment was unsatisfactory,and the biopsy results appered to carry CIN,were cured by LEEP.Conclusion： Microwaves applied to treating chronic cervicitis has many benefits： precise localization,easy and safe operation,high curative rate and less pain,so it is one of effective ways in treating chronic cervicitis.Also,owing to its small in size,light in weight,easy to carry,clean air and no irritating smell,it is suitable to be popularized in the local medical institutions.
