摘　　要：目的:研究喉全切除后Blom-Singer法发音重建术的安全性和疗效。方法:应用Blom-Singer发音管,为51例喉全切除患者进行了喉发声功能重建术。结果:成功43例,期术中切断一侧中下咽缩肌及环咽肌组32例成功29例,双侧咽丛神经切断术组12例成功10例;期手术7例成功4例。结论:喉全切除后Blom-Singer法发音重建术安全且取得良好的临床效果,具有推广价值。Objective： To study safety and effect of the application of Blom-Singer＇s prostheses to voice rehabilitation after total laryngectomy.Methods： Voice rehabilitation of 51 patients were conducted with Blom-singer voice prostheses after total laryngectomy.Results： The success rate was 84.3 %（43/51）.The success rate of surgery to cut off the side of hypopharyngeal constrictor muscle and cricopharyngeus muscle was 87.5%（29/32） and bilateral pharyngeal plexus neurectomy was 83.3%（10/12） in stage I;and there was 4 succes case in stageⅡ（4/7）.Conclusion： Voice rehabilitation by Blom-Singer＇s prosthese applied to patients after total laryngectomy is safe and effective,which is of clinical promotion value.
