基于LabVIEW的电液比例溢流阀特性CAT实验台的设计

摘　　要：介绍了设计开发的电液比例溢流阀液压测试实验台和以LabVIEW为软件开发平台的计算机辅助测试系统。该实验台以经济实用为出发点,对实验内容进行新的设计;数据采集系统实现了对两路压力信号的实时采集,并对采集的数据进行时域分析和频域分析。实验表明,该实验台可以完成比例溢流阀各项特性的测试试验。The system for electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve hydraulic experimental platform and Computer Assisted Testing（CAT）was designed on LabVIEW development platform.The platform has the foundation which based on economic and practical,the experimental platform not only redesigned experimental contents but also the system can finish gathering two hydraulic pressure signals and it has the function of analysis with time-domain and frequency-domain.The experiment result shows that the system of experimental platform and CAT can finished all kinds of test detail with electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve.
