益气通络法联合银杏达莫对类风湿关节炎患者心脏病变的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气通络法联合银杏达莫(杏丁)对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者心脏病变临床症状积分、关节症状积分和疾病活动性指标的影响。方法将70例RA患者按随机数字表法分为西药对照组35例和补心通络方+杏丁治疗组35例,治疗3个月后,观察2组的疗效和心脏病变临床症状积分、关节症状积分、各活动性指标的变化。结果治疗组显效率显著高于对照组;治疗后治疗组患者ESR、α1-AGP、CRP、RF显著降低,关节症状积分改善;治疗组心脏病变临床症状积分显著改善,而对照组则改善不明显。结论补心通络方联合杏丁治疗RA合并心脏病变患者,能够显著改善其心脏病变临床症状。Objective It is to observe the effect of Yiqi Tongluo method combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole injection（Xingding） on clinical symptom scores of heart pathologic changes,joint symptom scores and disease activity indexes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods 70 cases of patients with RA were randomly divided into western medicine control group 35 case and Buxin Tongluo decoction＋Xingding treatment group by random digits table.After 3 months＇ treatment,curative effect and the changes of clinical symptom scores of heart pathologic changes,joint symptom scores and disease activity indexes were observed in both groups.Results The excellent rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group,ESR,α1-AGP,CRP,RF were obviously decreased,and joint symptom scores were improved in treatment group after therapy.Clinical symptom scores of heart pathologic changes were obviously improved,while those were improved little.Conclusion Buxin Tongluo decoction combined with Xingding can obviously improve clinical symptoms of heart pathologic changes in patients with RA and heart disease.
