三聚氰胺亚急性染毒对实验动物膀胱和尿液的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨三聚氰胺亚急性经口染毒对大鼠膀胱和尿液指标的影响。方法:用三聚氰胺对SD大鼠进行亚急性经口染毒试验,雌雄大鼠分别设1个对照组和3个实验组,每组10只大鼠,每天经口灌胃染毒三聚氰胺1次,染毒时间28 d,试验结束时收集动物尿液,用尿液分析仪检测pH值、尿比重、尿胆原、胆红素、尿蛋白、酮体,对实验动物膀胱进行病理学检查。结果:三聚氰胺染毒大鼠28天后,高剂量组膀胱组织均可见粘膜下水肿、血管扩张,局部可见黏膜上皮脱落,部分膀胱组织可见膀胱内沉积物;中剂量组无明显改变,6例膀胱组织可见膀胱内沉积物。低剂量组无明显改变。实验组和对照组动物的尿液检查结果无明显差异。结论:三聚氰胺染毒对大鼠膀胱有一定影响,对尿液指标无明显改变。Objective：To study on changes of bladder and urine after rats were administrated with melamine for 28 days.Methods： 40 male SD rats and 40 female SD rats were administrated with 3 doses of melamine by gavage for 28 days,the animals were randomly divided into three experimental groups and one control group.After melamine treatment the animals were sacrificed,urine was collected for determination of pH,urinary density,urinary protein levels,and bladders were taken out for pathological test.Results： Submucosals edema,hemangiectasis and epithelial exfoliation were found in high dose group of melamine treatment,deposit sediments were also found in some bladders.There was no obvious difference in groups of middle dose and low dose melamine.No changes were found with urinary test in groups of melamine treatment in comparison with control.Conclusion： Melamine could have some effects on bladder when the rats were treated with subacute administration of melamine.
