生物活性肽胶囊对实验小鼠增强免疫力功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:验证"生物活性肽胶囊"对实验小鼠增强免疫力功能的影响,为生物活性肽应用于保健食品的开发提供进一步的实验依据。方法:根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(卫生部2003)中增强免疫力功能的试验方法,将生物活性肽胶囊按人体推荐用量的20倍、10倍和5倍(即0.4 g/kg.bw、0.2 g/kg.bw和0.1 g/kg.bw)三个剂量灌胃给予实验小鼠,同时设阴性对照组(蒸馏水),每天1次,连续灌胃30 d。结果:血清溶血素测定:三个剂量组小鼠的抗体积数值均高于溶剂对照组(P<0.01),可判定体液免疫功能为阳性。小鼠碳廓清实验:高剂量组小鼠碳廓清吞噬指数高于溶剂对照组(P<0.05);小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验:各剂量组小鼠吞噬率及吞噬指数均高于溶剂对照组,且各剂量组小鼠吞噬指数与溶剂对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)及高、低剂量组小鼠吞噬率与溶剂对照组比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),可判定单核-巨噬细胞功能结果为阳性。结论:"生物活性肽胶囊"具有增强免疫力功能的作用。Objective：To validate the function of enhancing immunity of Bioactive peptide capsule on laboratory mouse.Methods： Method for the Assessment of Enhancing Immune Function in Technical Standards for Testing Assessment of Health Food（Ministry of Health,2003）.Bioactive peptide capsule were consecutively orally given to mice once a day with the doses of 20 times,10 times,5times of human daily dosage（0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg and 0.1 g/kg of body weight）for 30 days,and established negative control group at the same time.Results： Serum hemolysin test： Antibody of three doses for mice were all higher than that of the vehicle control group（P0.01）,proving that body fluid immunologic test were positive.Mouse Carbon Clearance test： The phagocytic index of the high dose group were higher than that of the vehicle control group（P0.05）.Macrophage′s power of swallowing chicken red blood cell in mouse′s abdominal cavity test： the phagocytosis index of macrophage of the three doses were higher than that of the vehicle control group（P0.01）,and the phagocytosis ratio of macrophage of high and low doses were higher than that of the vehicle control group（P0.05）,indicating that the functional test of Mononuclear phagocytic cell was positive.Conclution： Bioactive peptide capsule has the ability of enhancing immune function.
