肺炎患者PCT和单核细胞DR分子表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究细菌性肺炎患者血清降钙素原(PCT)和外周血单核细胞人类白细胞DR抗原(HLA-DR/CD14+)表达水平的关系。方法:检测30例细菌性肺炎组和30健康对照组的PCT、CRP和外周血单核细胞人类白细胞DR抗原(HLA-DR/CD14+)表达水平,比较组间的差异,分析PCT、CRP与HLA-DR/CD14+的关系。结果:细菌性肺炎组患者外周血细胞HLA-DR/CD14+细胞百分率显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),血清PCT和CRP水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。外周血细胞HLA-DR/CD14+细胞百分率与血清PCT结果存在高度负相关(r=-0.318,P<0.05),而外周血细胞HLA-DR/CD14+细胞百分率与血清CRP水平无相关性(r=-0.279,P>0.05)。结论:细菌性肺炎患者血清PCT和外周血HLA-DR/CD14+表达水平存在异常,外周血HLA-DR/CD14+作为细胞水平上的指标对肺炎诊断具有一定得临床指导意义。Objective：To investigate the relationship between serum procalcitonin（PCT） and CD14＋ monocyte human leukocyte antigens DR（HLA-DR/CD14＋） in patients with pneumonia.Methods： A total of 30 pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled.An additional group of healthy controls（n=30） was also included.After detecting the levels of serum procalcitonin（PCT）,CRP and HLA-DR/CD14＋,we compared the differences between the two groups and analyzed the relationship between the PCT,CRP and HLA-DR/CD14＋.Results： The levels of HLA-DR/CD14＋ in patients were lower than that in control group（P0.05）.The levels of PCT and CRP in patients were higher than that in control group（P0.05）.The levels of HLA-DR/CD14＋ and PCT were negative correlation（r=-0.318,P0.05）,and HLA-DR/CD14＋ level was no significant correlation with CRP（r=-0.279,P0.05）.Conclusion： PCT and HLA-DR/CD14＋ are valuable in predicting the prognosis of patients with pneumonia.
