摘　　要：目的:了解福州市2006年-2010年流感流行概况,为更好地预防和控制流感流行提供科学依据。方法:通过全国流感监测网络系统,收集2006年-2010年度福州市流感和流感样病例(Influenza Like Illness,ILI)资料。用MD-CK细胞对送检的流感样病例的咽拭子标本进行病毒分离,用微量血凝集抑制试验(HIA)进行病毒型别鉴定。结果:2006年-2010年流感样病例占门急诊病例总数的比例平均分别为2.22%、2.34%、1.36%、2.30%、2.28%,2006年-2010年间流感样病例年龄构成,以0～岁组最高,其次为5～岁组,15岁以下者平均占总病例数的80%以上。2006年-2008年间福州市的流感优势毒株分别为B型流感病毒、H3N2亚型流感病毒和B型流感病毒。2009年H1N1、H3N2、B三种亚型流感病毒均有分离到,自8月份以后,甲型H1N1流感成为优势流行株。2010年1月～3月仅分离到B型流感病毒和甲型H1N1亚型流感病毒。结论:2006年-2010年福州市先后出现B型、H3N2亚型、甲型H1N1流感病毒的流行,流感病毒流行株发生了交替变换。Objective：To find out the Influenza Epidemic of 2006-2010 in Fuzhou,in order to provide scientific references for influenza control and prevention.Methods： The information of influenza and influenza like illness（ILI） in Fuzhou among 2006-2010 were collected from the National Influenza Surveillance Network System.The influenza viruses were isolated by MDCK cell from the throat swab specimens,and the subtypes of the viruses were identified by Hemagglutination inhibition assay.Results： The percentage of influenza like illness from total outpatient was 2.22%,2.34%,1.36%,2.30%,2.28% in the years between 2006-2010.The age between 0～ make up the highest proportion in the age structure of ILI from 2006-2010,then is the 5～,and the age below 15 constitute 80% of the total ILI.The dominant bacterial strains between 2006-2008 were B,H3N2 and B respectively,and H1N1,H3N2,B were all been isolated in 2009,the type of H1N1 has been the dominant bacterial strain after august,the viruses been isolated in 2010 between January to march were B and H1N1.Conclusion： The types of influenza viruses of B,H3N2,H1N1 has emerged in fuzhou from 2006-2010,and all had caused the spread of influenza,the influenza viruses showed an alternate transformation in these years.
