摘 要:目的:分析2009年台州市流感的流行及优势株的转换情况,为流感疫情的监控提供依据。方法:采集流感哨点医院流感样病例咽拭子及流感疫情标本,用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法进行流感病毒核酸检测同时进行亚型鉴定。结果:共检测标本1282份,流感病毒核酸阳性633份,总阳性率49.38%,其中甲型H1N1亚型占48.18%、A3亚型占39.18%、B型占9.60%、A1亚型占3.0%。结论:台州地区同时存在甲型H1N1型,A1型,A3型和B型流感的流行,在不同季节上有优势株的转换。3月-6月以B型流感为优势株,7月-9月转换为A3型,10-12月又以甲型H1N1较为流行。9月-12月的流感疫情均为甲型H1N1型。Objective:To provide the information of the flu epidemic situation,we analyze epidemiology characteristic and dominant strain switchover of influenza viruses in TaiZhou in 2009.Methods: The speciments of nasal swabs from flu surveillance and epidemic were identified type and sub-type with real-time RT-PCR method.Results: A total of 633 nucleic acid of influenza virus was positive among 1282 samples.The positive rate was 49.38%.Among them,new subtype of H1N1 was 48.18%,A3 subtype was 39.18%,B type was 9.60%,A1 subtype was 3.0%.Conclution: There were four epidemic types of influenza viruses-H1N1 new subtype,A1 subtype,A3 subtype and B type in TaiZhou.They occurred switchover of dominant strain in different season.The dominant strain was B type from Mar.to June,while from July to September was A3 subtype,the epidemic strain was new subtype of H1N1 from October to December.At the same time influenza epidemic was caused by new subtype of H1N1.
