摘  要:对云南某难选氧化铅锌矿进行了浮选试验研究,采用先硫后氧、先铅后锌流程,并在氧化锌浮选作业采用加温及使用氧锌灵作辅助捕收剂的不脱泥流程,取得了较好的技术指标:锌总回收率83.26%,其中硫化锌精矿锌品位50.38%、锌回收率16.69%,氧化锌精矿锌品位22.29%、锌回收率66.57%;铅总回收率56.37%,其中硫化铅精矿铅品位50.86%、铅回收率30.61%,氧化铅精矿铅品位49.15%、铅回收率25.76%。On the base of the process mineralogy researching of the lead-zinc ore in Yunnan,the principle flowsheet is sulfide flotation and then oxide flotation,first lead and then zinc.What’s more,heating and the agent YXL as the assistant collector was used in flotation of zinc oxide mine.The non-desliming flotation flowsheet has got a better classification index: the total zinc recovery was 83.26%,which consist of 16.69% zinc sulfide and 66.57% zinc oxide,the zinc sulfide concentrate grade was 50.38% and the zinc oxide concentrate grade 22.29%.The total lead recovery was 56.37%,which consist of 530.61% lead sulfide and 25.76% lead oxide;the lead sulfide concentrate grade was 50.86% and the lead oxide concentrate grade was 49.15%.
