某铜锑锌硫化矿选矿试验研究

摘　　要：西南某铜锌矿伴生银、锑,原试选指标只产出锌精矿产品,且回收率不理想,通过预除铜离子,对抑制剂进行优化组合,合理选择捕收剂和流程结构,有效解决了铜锌分离的问题,取得了铜精矿品位17.25%、回收率66.72%,锌回收率95.43%,银计价回收率84.27%的优异指标。并且工业化一年来指标稳定。The only product of a copper zinc deposit that associated with silver and antimony was zinc product and the recovery of it was not very satisfied.Through pre-removal of Cu2＋,optimization of depressants,and reasonable selection for collector and processing flowsheet,the separation of copper and zinc can be achieved successfully.The flotation results is as followings： copper concentrate with copper grade of 17.25% and recovery of 66.72%;zinc recovery of 95.43%;silver recovery of 84.27%.The flotation system is stable in operation in nearly one year.
