摘  要:西南某铜锌矿伴生银、锑,原试选指标只产出锌精矿产品,且回收率不理想,通过预除铜离子,对抑制剂进行优化组合,合理选择捕收剂和流程结构,有效解决了铜锌分离的问题,取得了铜精矿品位17.25%、回收率66.72%,锌回收率95.43%,银计价回收率84.27%的优异指标。并且工业化一年来指标稳定。The only product of a copper zinc deposit that associated with silver and antimony was zinc product and the recovery of it was not very satisfied.Through pre-removal of Cu2+,optimization of depressants,and reasonable selection for collector and processing flowsheet,the separation of copper and zinc can be achieved successfully.The flotation results is as followings: copper concentrate with copper grade of 17.25% and recovery of 66.72%;zinc recovery of 95.43%;silver recovery of 84.27%.The flotation system is stable in operation in nearly one year.
