摘 要:为提高海上钻孔桩钢筋笼沉放的施工效率和工程质量,结合跨海大桥钻孔桩钢筋笼沉放的施工经验及海上施工特点,从钢筋笼的制作、起重设备、沉放工序等方面研究了影响沉放效率的原因,提出了海上钻孔桩钢筋笼施工的新工艺。新工艺充分考虑了海上施工的各种不利因素,不仅可以提高施工效率及钻孔桩质量,有效地避免了钻孔桩潜在事故的发生,还能节省施工成本,保证施工工期。新工艺在平潭海峡大桥桩基施工中取得了良好效果,有效降低了成孔风险,在施工环境比较恶劣的外海施工区域有明显的优势。In order to improve the construction efficiency and engineering quality of sinking reinforcement cage in offshore bored pile,and combining with construction experience of bored pile in cross-sea bridges and offshore construction characteristics,the authors analyze influence factors of sinking efficiency from reinforcement cage production,lifting equipment,and sinking processes.Then new sinking technology for reinforcement cage in offshore bored pile is put forward.The new technology fully considers every unfavorable factor for marine construction.It not only can improve the drilling efficiency and pore-forming quality,and prevent potential drilling accidents effectively,but also can save the construction cost and ensure construction period.The reinforcement cage of bored piles in Pingtan Strait Bridge is sunk successfully,and hole-forming risk is effectively reduced.It proves that the sinking technology for reinforcement cage of bored piles has obvious advantage in poor coastal conditions.
