论中国特色公民资格观的构建

摘　　要：公民资格理论的复兴使其成为当代西方政治哲学的主流话语,中国学者囿于学科的划分和学术关怀重点的不同,至今并没有形成较系统的基于中国特色的公民资格观。所以尝试从制度供给层面、公民参与推动、公共精神培育方面尝试构建中国特色的公民资格,对扩大公民参与、发展壮大中国公民社会及创新中国政治发展意义重大。The revival of citizenship theory is to become the mainstream of the contemporary discourse of Western political philosophy.Chinese scholars are confined by different discipline divisions and different academic focuses,so far,a systematical citizenship view based on the Chinese characteristics has not been formed.Therefore,we try to construct Chinese characteristic citizenship view from the level of regulation supply,the impetus of citizen participation,the level of cultivation of public spirit.It is significant to expand citizen participation,develop Chinese civil society and promote political development in China.
