超声造影在肝脏结节性病变诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究超声造影在肝脏结节性病变的效果。方法回归性分析了68例肝脏结节患者74个肝脏结节性病变的的造影超声结果 ,所用造影剂为SonoVue,造影结果的准确性对比其他影像学检测,病理学检测。结果超声造影在对恶性肝脏结节性病变诊断准确率为97.92%。并且对于直径≤10mm的结节敏感性高达95.57%。结论通过数据,作者认为超声造影是诊断肝脏局灶性病变的一种方便快捷、安全无创、相对廉价的有效的检查。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of contrast-enhanced ultrasound（ CEUS） in the diagnosis of focal liver lesions（ FLL） . Methods 68 patients with 74 FLLs underwent and the result was analyzed retrospectively. The contrast agent used was SonoVue（ Bracco,Italy） . The lesions were confirmed by histopathology or other imaging method. Results The diagnostic accuracy of CEUS in identifying malignant FLLs was 97. 92% . The diagnostic sensitivity of CEUS for the nodules smaller than 10 mm in diameter was 95. 97% . Conclusion CEUS is a convenient,safe,noninvasive,comparatively inexpensive and effective method for diagnosis of focal liver lesions.
