中西药联合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服壮骨伸筋胶囊和腺苷钴胺片联合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法对在综合训练基地门诊部就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者45例进行疗效观察。结果 45例全部完成治疗,回访观察7个月～32个月,疗效:优23例,占51.1%;良13例,占28.9%;可6例,占13.3%;差3例,占6.7%。总优良率为80.0%。结论口服壮骨伸筋胶囊和腺苷钴胺片联合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,方便经济,疗效比较满意,值得在基层医疗单位推广。Objective To observe oral adenosine Zhuanggu Shenjin cobalt capsule and tablet combined with physical therapy amine treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients. Methods Observation of oral adenosine Zhuanggu Shenjin cobalt capsule and tablet combined with physical therapy amine treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients. Results All 45 patients completed the treatment,return visits observed 7 months to 32 months,efficacy： excellent in 23 cases,accounting for 51. 1% ; good in 13 cases,28. 9% ; common in 6 cases, 13. 3% ; poor in 3 cases,accounting for 6. 7% . Excellent and good rate was 80. 0% . Conclusion Zhuanggu Shenjin oral capsules and tablets plus adenosine mecobalamin physical therapy treatment of lumbar disc herniation,convenient and economical,efficacy satisfied,it is worth promoting in the primary health care units.
