摘　　要：目的探讨缝合锚治疗髌骨套状撕脱骨折的可行性。方法对6例髌骨套状撕脱骨折的患者采用切开复位缝合锚内固定治疗,术中将2枚缝合锚螺钉在髌骨下缘两侧分别拧入并完全埋在骨质中,尾线穿出髌韧带后打结,然后在髌骨表面荷包缝合。结果 6例患者均获得随访,参照Bostman髌骨骨折疗效临床评分标准,本组6例均为优秀。结论采用缝合锚内固定治疗髌骨套状撕脱骨折,临床疗效满意,是一种安全、有效更适合儿童的手术方式。Objective To investigate the possibility of treatment of patella sleeve fracture with suture anchors. Methods Six patients who had patella sleeve fracture were accepted the treatment of open reduction and internal fixation with suture anchors. Two suture anchors were screwed into the lower edge on both sides of the patella and the anchors were completely buried in the bones. The line on the anchors passed through the patellar tendon and was tied a knot. Then the tissue around the patella was purse-string sutured. Results All of the six patients were followed up and the results were excellent according to the Bostman score method used in the patella fracture. Conclusion The treatment of patella sleeve fracture with suture anchors is a safe,and available operation method and it is a more suitable surgical method for children.
