摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节骨性关节病的治疗方法及应用效果。方法在局麻下用冲洗透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节病。结果随访3～36个月,优31例占59.6%;良17例占32.7%;差4例占7.7%。结论本方法简便易行,既有药理作用,又有物理作用,适应证广,适合基层医院推广,是治疗骨性关节病的有效方法 。Objective To investigate the treatment and application effect of the kee joint disease. Methods Under loca anesthesia,sodium hyaluronate was used treat for the kee joint disease. Results In 3 ～ 36 months follow up,31 cases were excellent result,17 good ,4 poor. The percentage of excellent result,good and poor were 59. 6% ,32. 7% and 7. 6% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and easy. The method has pharmacological and physical effects,and has wide indications. It is a effective method for treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and it is worth spreading in primary hospital.
