摘 要:在四轮定位等系统中常需要非接触的精确角度测量,以确定两个被测对象的轴心是否在一个平面上,进而测量物体的偏移角度。为此,提出了利用线阵CCD进行精确角度测量的原理和实现方法。选用TCD1304AP和C8051F020为核心构成测量系统,设计了CCD驱动电路、CCD信号二值化处理电路和二值化信号的捕获测量方法,详细阐述了角度测量的原理及实现。利用CCD进行角度测量与传统传感器相比,不仅能够实现非接触检测,而且有智能化、灵敏度高的特点。此方法测量精度高、速度快,在需要进行数字化角度测量的场合有很强的实用性。In order to ensure the two objects whether in the same plane or not,it usually needs non-contact angle measurement in wheel alignment system or other fields,and needs to measure the angle offset of the object to the plane.So,a theory and a corresponding method of realization for accurate angle measurement based on linear CCD are proposed.Used TCD1304AP and C8051F020 constitute the core of the measurement system,Designed the driver circuit of CCD、the CCD signal Binaryzation method and the way of Bi-value signal capture and measurement,Elaborated the principle and implementation of angle measurement.Compared to the traditional sensors,using the CCD for angle measurement not only can realize the non-contact measuring,but also has the characteristic of high intelligence and high sensitivity.This method has high measuring precision and fast speed,it has a good practicability in the field where need accurate digital angle measurement.
