摘 要:依据"双阶交联"思路,以自主研发的聚硫氨酯液体橡胶为原胶,加入活性填料、增塑剂、缓硫化剂等助剂,再加入硫化剂、助硫化剂、增塑剂等固化剂,制备出了兼具聚氨酯、聚硫橡胶结构特征的新型绿色环保高分子材料——聚硫氨酯密封胶(PSUS).通过弹性恢复率、拉伸模量、浸水和浸油后定伸黏结性、热压冷拉后黏结性、质量损失率等试验检测了PSUS的相关性能;通过26个机场道面不同类型密封胶的使用情况比较分析了PSUS的应用效果.结果表明:PSUS的综合性能优于硅酮、聚硫和聚氨酯密封胶,应用效益显著,完全满足水泥混凝土路面对封缝材料的技术要求.Based on "double-rank crossover", a new green macromolecular sealant PSUS(polysulfide-urethane sealant) having both structural characters of polysulfide and polyurethane was prepared by adding active filler, plasticizer, and slow-vulcanizer into polysulfide-urethane liquid rubber, and then adding vulcanizer, vulcanization aid and plasticizer. Performance of PSUS were tested by determination of elastic recovery, tensile modulus, tensile properties at maintained extension after water or oil immersion, adhesion properties at variable temperatures, mass change. The comparison and analysis of the performance between different sealants used in 26 airports were made. The results show that PSUS has distinct performance and application advantage compared with silicone, polysulfide and polyurethane sealants, it can meet technical requirements of sealants for cement concrete pavement.
