摘  要:采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光器对Ni60合金粉末进行了单道单层、多道单层的熔覆工艺试验研究。采用单因素试验方法,研究了激光工艺参数(激光功率、扫描速度、离焦量等)对熔覆层尺寸的影响,从而得到了单因素条件下最佳的工艺参数。同时对所形成的熔覆层进行金相组织分析,结果表明:所形成的熔覆层与基体为良好的冶金结合;内部组织由大量的枝晶和等轴晶构成且组织均匀、致密;熔覆层硬度最高达823HV(为基体材料硬度的3~4倍),为激光快速成型零件提供了应用基础。The laser cladding process test was used to proceed the experiments of forming Ni60 alloy powder by the way of single-track single-layer, multi -track single -layer methods using the Nd: YAG laser. The impact of laser process parameters (laser power, scanning speed, defocusing amount) to the dimension of cladding layer is studied by using single-factor test method, so the best process parameters are obtained on the condition of single-factor. At the same time, the microscopic analysis of formed cladding layer is done. The experimental results indicate that the formed coating is metallurgically bonded with substrate. The interior structure is composed of lots of dendritic and equiax crystal which is uniform and densification; the highest hardness of cladding layer is 823HV, which is the 3-4 times more than substrate, which provide applicational foundation for laser rapid prototyping.
