摘 要:以在大尺寸复合薄片上获得较好的泵浦均匀性和较高的吸收效率为目的,对泵浦分布进行了理论分析。计算表明,阵列距离27mm、晶体半径11mm和吸收系数0.13mm可获得较好的泵浦均匀性和较高的吸收效率。计算了由温度分布和应变分布造成的相位畸变,总泵浦功率为700W时的相位畸变为0.523μm,总泵浦功率为3024W时的相位畸变为2.258μm。明显小于其它文献中理论计算和实验测量的相位畸变。在较小泵浦功率下对相位畸变进行了初步的实验测量,实验测量结果与理论计算基本一致。该技术可向更大功率扩展。Pumping distribution was analyzed theoretically to achieve good uniformity and a high absorption efficiency on a large size composite thin disk. Calculation showed that a good uniformity and a high absorption efficiency can be obtained with an array distance of 27mm, a thin disk radius of llmm and an absorption coefficient of 0.13mm^-1. Wavefront distortion caused by temperature distribution and deformation distribution was calculated. With a total pump power of 700W, peaks to valleys of wavefront was calculated to be 0. 523μm. With a total pump power of 3024W, peaks to valleys of wavefront was calculated to be 2. 258μm, which was obviously smaller than the values calculated and measured by other researchers. Wavefront was measured experimentally with a relative low pump power, and the measured data matches with the theoretical calculation.
