摘　　要：目的:探讨应用输尿管镜下U-100双频激光碎石术治疗因输尿管结石导致急性梗阻性肾衰的可行性。方法:所有病例均采用输尿管镜直视下U-100双频激光碎石,均在输尿管镜下放置D-J管。结果:81例均得到满意疗效。结论:输尿管镜下U-100双频激光碎石是目前治疗上尿路梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭的一种安全、微创、有效的方法。Objective： To study the possibility of U-100 frequency-doubled-double-pulse laser by ureteroscopy in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure due to ureteral calculi. Methods： All patients were performed U-100 frequency-doubl＇ed-double-pulse and placed Double-J catheter by ureteroscopy. Results： 81 cases of patients had satisfactory clinical results. Conclusions： Frequency-doubled-double-pulse laser lithoclasty was a safe, efficacious and minimally-invasive choice in the treatment of acute renal failure due to upper urinary tract obstruction.
