摘  要:多西他赛为一种紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物,广泛用于卵巢癌、乳腺癌、肺癌,胃癌等多种肿瘤的治疗。但由于多西他赛水溶性差,传统的多西他赛制剂生物利用度低,毒性大,临床应用受到限制。纳米给药系统在实现靶向性给药、缓释药物、提高难溶性药物的生物利用度、降低药物的不良反应等方面表现出良好的应用前景,因而成为近年来药剂学领域的研究热点。目前各种多西他赛纳米制剂如脂质体、微乳、胶束、纳米粒正在实验研究之中,有望制得新型多西他赛制剂并广泛应用于临床。本文就多西他赛新型纳米制剂的研究进展进行综述。Docetaxel(DTX) is widely used in the treatment of ovarian cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer and other tumors,which belongs to the taxoid family.Clinical application of this drug is limited by its poor aqueous solubility,low bioavailability and toxicity.Nano-drug delivery systems have gained much attention as novel carriers for anticancer drugs,primarily due to the unique properties of nanocarriers including to enhance the solubility of poorly water soluble drug,to reduce the toxicity and to increase the target efficiency of the drug to specific tumor tissues.A variety of docetaxel loaded nanocarriers such as liposome,nanoemulsion,nanoparticles,micelles,etc.are already under research and show a good prospect of application.This paper reviews the advances in the nano-drug delivery systems for docetaxel.
