摘　　要：分析突发事件网络舆情监控预警方面的有关研究,提出基于信号分析的网络舆情预警机制,并把其分为两类模式:信号纵向挖掘和信号横向防控,详细描述分析步骤,最后总结信号分析应用于突发事件网络舆情预警的优点。The paper first analyzes some viewpoints about early warning mechanism for network opinion of emergencies, brings forward the mechanism based on the signal analysis, then puts early warning mechanism for network opinion of emergencies into two patterns ： digging signals vertically and controlling signals horizontally. The paper describes the analysis approaches in detail, and summarizes the strong points of signal analysis when it is used in the early warning mechanism for network opinion of emergencies.
