摘 要:新加坡植物园Cool Moist温室主体采用异型拱-壳钢结构体系,壳体上设置由双层玻璃构成的幕墙体系,大拱之间增设部分拉索以增强侧向稳定性。基于该工程的诸多特殊性,利用两种有限元软件对其设计进行优化和计算复核,并对考虑几何非线性条件下此类结构的弹性和弹塑性整体稳定性能进行评估和分析。通过设计优化,将大拱柱脚的连接方式由铰接改为刚接,并有效地提高了材料利用率。结构的特征值屈曲分析及几何材料双非线性全过程分析表明,结构的稳定承载力满足要求。Due to the demand of architecture profile,the structural system of Cool Moist Conservatory at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore is complex.It consists of a shell-arch steel structure with a double glazed skin that sits directly on the shell,and tensioned cables are set between large arches to increase lateral stability capacity.Based on such special properties for this project,two finite element analysis softwares were used to make design optimization and calculation verification.The global stability taking account of geometry nonlinear elastic and elasto-plastic conditions were evaluated and analyzed.Through the design optimization,the connection type of arch bases was changed from hinge to rigid and the material utilization was enhanced effectively.The buckling analysis and nonlinear full-range analysis with both geometrical and material nonlinearity showed that the stable bearing capacity met the requirements.
