民国前期海军中的留学归国人员研究

摘　　要：留学归国人员是民国前期海军的骨干力量,他们人数众多,并占据着许多关键岗位。他们积极引进先进的技术装备、军事理论,有力地促进了海军的发展。他们参与进步活动,也参加了军阀混战,深刻地影响了民国政局。留学生文化交流桥梁的地位、海军留学特殊的制度以及复杂的社会背景是留学归国人员得以发挥重大作用的原因。Students studying aboard were the backbones of the marines in early republican times not only because of their numbers,but many critical positions occupied.The advanced technical equipments and military theories were introduced actively,which promoted the developing of the marine.The students participated in tangled warfare among the warlords as well as progressive activities,which influenced the political situation in Republic of China extensively.The reasons that the students studying abroad played an important role included the status of cultural exchange bridge from them,special systems of the marine and complicated social background.
