肿胀吸脂联合手工修剪法治疗腋臭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肿胀吸脂联合手工修剪法治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法 2007年12月～2008年10月的82例腋臭患者,临床通过小切口,外科肿胀吸脂联合手工修剪法去除腋部顶泌汗腺,术后问卷式随访患者,了解腋臭气味的缓解度、腋毛减少量、排汗的减轻度、病人主观满意率和创面并发症发生率。结果 82例对象有73例恶臭消失效果为理想,8例为一般,1例差;术后患者满意率达97.6%;没有病人出现疤痕挛缩及全层皮肤坏死;术后未发生疤痕挛缩。结论肿胀吸脂联合手工修剪法治疗腋臭具有满意度高、创伤小、并发症少的优势,值得推广。Aim To observe the clinical effects of axillary osmidrosis by combined liposuction with manual pruning of apocrine glands.Methods in December 2007～October 2008 osmidrosis of 82 cases of patients,through a small incision,surgical liposuction combine with manual pruning method to remove axillary apocrine glands.Postoperative follow-up of patients with type questionnaire to find out malodor odor mitigation,axillary hairs reduction,reduce the degree of perspiration,the patient subjective satisfaction rate and the incidence of wound complications.Results 82 cases are 73 cases of the target odor effect of the disappearance of the ideal,8 cases of the general,one cases of poor;postoperative patient satisfaction rate was 97.6%;there is no scar contracture patients and the full-thickness skin necrosis;postoperative scar contracture did not occur.Conclusion radical treatment of axillary osmidrosis by combined the liposuction with manual pruning of apocrine glands with high satisfaction,less trauma and less complications,and the advantages are worth promoting.
