两种换药方法治疗糖尿病皮肤化脓性感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗糖尿病皮肤化脓性感染的有效方法。方法将96例糖尿病皮肤化脓性感染患者随机分为2组,对照组和观察组。两组均采用辨证后用药泡洗和分步蚕食清创法的基础上,对照组用庆大霉素、山莨菪碱、普通胰岛素、生理盐水浸湿无菌纱布外敷;观察组用糖尿病疮疡1号和糖尿病疮疡2号。结果对照组有效率为87%,观察组有效率为98%,且观察组的见效时间明显短于对照组。结论中药换药治疗糖尿病皮肤化脓性感染伤口效果较好。Aim To discuss the effective methods on diabetes pyogenic infection of skin.Methods 96 diabetes pyogenic infection of skin sufferers who have come to our department to change dressings were randomly divided into two groups,on the basis of the TCM drugs wash and gradual debridements.The treatment group made use of diabetic sores No.1 and diabetic sores No.2,meanwhile the control group used the sterile dauze soaked in gentamycin,anisodamine,Normal insulin and nomal saline for topical application.Results The efficiency of the treatment group is 98% while the efficiency of the conrtol group is 87%.Compared with the control group,time that the treatment group spent was obviously shorter.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine dressings have better effects on the treatment of wounds of the diabetes pyogenic infection of skin.
