赤霉素浸种和变温层积过程对冬青种子激素含量的影响

摘　　要：采用不同质量浓度的赤霉素溶液浸种与变温层积相结合的处理,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对层积过程中冬青种子胚及胚乳内4种激素GA3,ABA,IAA和CTK的含量进行了研究,结果表明,随着层积时间的延长,GA3和IAA含量均呈现逐渐升高的趋势,而ABA含量与之相反,呈逐渐下降的趋势,CTK含量变化较为复杂,呈现下降-上升-下降的趋势;与对照相比,又以T3(GA3400 mg.L-1)中种子4种激素含量变化最为明显.另外,层积过程中种子内GA3/ABA,CTK/ABA及IAA/ABA比值均呈逐渐增加的趋势.Using the techniques of ELISA,the changes of endogenous hormone contents in the seeds of Ilex purpurea Hassk.under different GA3 treatment during fluctuating temperature were studied.The results indicated that stratification had effects on the contents of hormones.After stratification treatment,the contents of GA3,CTK and IAA increased significantly,while the content of ABA decreased,the content of CTK decreased at the begming,then increased,but decreased at last,and GA3/ ABA,CTK/ ABA and IAA/ ABA increased significantly.
