电刺激联合生物反馈法治疗产后女性性功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用盆底肌电刺激联合生物反馈法治疗产后女性性功能障碍（female sexual dysfunction,FSD）的效果.方法：2009年1~12月五洲女子医院门诊对产后42天复查的病人,通过问卷调查有性功能障碍的女性113人（年龄24～42岁）,将其随机分为盆底肌康复训练组与对照组（治疗组n=56,对照组n=57）.治疗组患者在医师指导下进行康复治疗,每周2次,15次为1个疗程 对照组患者自行盆底肌肉锻练,每日2次.通过产后女性诊断量化标准及评分表调查,评估盆底肌锻炼与电刺激联合生物反馈治疗产后女性性功能障碍的效果.结果：盆底综合肌力、性高潮、性生活质量满意度等方面比较,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：盆底肌锻炼与电刺激联合生物反馈,是治疗产后女性性功能障碍的一种良好方法,在临床可以普及推广.Objectives：To assess the therapeutic effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation on female postpartum sexual dysfunction.Methods：From January to December 2009,103 puerpera,aging between 24 to 42,who came for postparum examination in Beijing Wuzhou Woman＇s Hospital,were diagnosed with postpartum sexual dysfunction by means of case history and questionnaire.They were randomly divided into two groups,one for treatment group which was given electrical stimulation and biofeedback with pelvic muscle exercises（the treatment group,n=56）,the other for the control group（n=57）.The treatment group received recovery therapy with medical guidance,twice a week,15 time as a course.The control group were asked to do pelvic muscle exercises twice a day.The effect of biofeedback and electrical stimulation with pelvic muscle exercises was tested by questionnaire.Results：The treatment group showed better effect than the control group in pelvic muscle integrated tonus,sexual activity frequency,sexual orgasm,quality of sexual life（P0.05）.Conclusion：Biofeedback and electrical stimulation with pelvic muscle exercises is a good way to treat postpartum female sexual dysfunction,and the treatment approach should be promoted in clinical practice.
