更宝芬胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗萎缩性阴道炎的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:观察更宝芬胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:清洗外阴阴道,保妇康栓1枚(1.74g)更宝芬阴道胶囊1枚(内含普罗雌烯10mg/粒)置于阴道顶端,每晚1次,治疗期间禁房事。结果:98例萎缩性阴道炎患者外阴、阴道症状改善明显,用药2周后,治愈90例,余继续用药1个月后亦达临床治愈标准。随访3个月无复发,临床近期治愈率达100%。结论:更宝芬胶囊联合保妇康治疗萎缩性阴道炎,疗效确切,安全有效,值得推广。Objectives：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Gengbaofen capsule combined with Baofukang suppository on the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods：Vagina and vulvae were cleaned for the administration of 1 Gengbaofen capsule and 1 Baofukang suppository on the tip of vaginal tract,once every night.Sexual intercourse was forbidden in the treatment period.Results：Significant symptom improvements were found on 98 cases of atrophic vaginitis.Two weeks after the treatment,90 cases were cured,and the rest has met the curative standard after one month.Three-month follow-up found no recurrence,the efficacy rate being 100%.Conclusion：Gengbaofen capsule combined with Baofukang suppository proves to be very effective and safe in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.
