摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素颗粒口服治疗支原体肺炎的疗效。方法:将同期治疗病例随机分为两组。观察组(阿奇霉素颗粒口服治疗组)32例,对照组(红霉素组)30例。两组对症退热、止咳、化痰治疗相同。结果:观察组与对照组显效率、总有效率及疗程相比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素颗粒治疗支原体肺炎疗效肯定,并可减少给药频率,用药方便,副作用少,避免静脉穿刺给患儿带来的痛苦,值得推荐使用。Objective ：To investigate the oral treatment of Azithromycin particles pneumoniae. Methods： The same treatment of cases were randomly divided into observation group, namely, Oral treatment group of Azithromycin particles that 32 cases. 30 cases of control group, namely,erythromyein group. Other symptomatic antifebrile, cough expectorant have the same treatment. Results： Observation and control groups, the total effective rate from significant efficiency, compared to the statistics and treatment （P 〉 0.05 ） with no difference about these two groups. Conclusion： Azithromycin treatment mycoplasma pneumonia effect can be greatly reduced, and the frequency, convenience, few side - effects. It avoids venipuncture to the children, so it is worth recommending.
