区域卫生信息平台构建关键技术研究

摘　　要：本文给出基于XML和Web Services技术,应用Web Service合成构建集成与协同中间件,实现地区级区域卫生环境下各医院、各社区卫生中心等医疗机构信息集成、共享和协同,建立起包含数据中心、支持电子健康档案共享、双向转诊和预约挂号等服务功能的区域卫生信息网络平台。应用XML签名和XML加密等XML安全技术对电子健康档案等重要内容增强有效保护。This paper presents a method of eonstruction of regional medicine and health information plafform , which realizes new integration of information and sharing information on kinds of hospitals and community medicine center , applying middleware of Web Service composed, it supports to build up regional network platform with electronic health data center ,to support the functions such as sharing electronic health record and so on, it is also presented to improve information security and protect ability for electronic health record using XML signature and XML encryption.
