摘　　要：信息化体现在DCS已经不是一个以控制功能为主的控制系统,而是一个发挥信息管理功能的综合平台系统。DCS提供了从现场设备到车间,再到工厂,最后到企业集团的整个信息通道。这些信息充分体现了DCS的全面性、准确性和实时性。组态软件是构建人机界面的最佳平台,组态软件具有良好的开放性、丰富的功能模块、强大的数据库功能,不需要开发者有多高的专业知识,开发周期短,开发费用少,系统的可靠性高。工控组态软件是一个基于Windows环境下的数据采集、监测、处理和控制软件包。利用组态软件提供的工具,通过简单形象的组态工作,即可构成所需的软件功能。The configuration software was the best platform for building a human-machine interface,it had a good opening,abundant function module,a powerful data-base functions,it also did not require developers had a very good professional knowledge,the development cycle was short,the cost of the development little,and the system also had a high reliability.The information reflected in the DCS was not only to control the function-based control system,but rather a platform system to exert a function of integrated information management.This information was fully embodied the DCS of the comprehensiveness,accuracy and real-time.The control configuration software was based on windows environment to collecting data,monitoring,dealing with and control software packages.By the use of configuration software tool for simple configuration of the image of the work,we could constitute the required software functions.DCS provided the information channels which from the equipments to the workshop,then to factories,and finally to the whole enterprise group.
