摘　　要：邻苯二甲酸酯普遍存在于大气飘尘、工业废水、河流、土壤以及固体废弃物中,并已在食品、饮用水、人体体液中被检出,是一种全球普遍的环境激素类污染物。针对近年来动物实验及人群研究的新进展,综述了邻苯二甲酸酯的急性毒性、生殖发育毒性、"三致"效应等,同时,特别关注了邻苯二甲酸酯对人体健康的危害。There were lots of PAEs in dust,air,polluted water of industy,river,soil and other solid waste.It was also detected in food,drinking water and even in body fluid.According to the experiments on animals and human in recent years,this paper described the acute toxicity,reproductive and developmental toxicity,carcinogenicity-mutagenicity-teratogenicity of PAEs,and gave a special concern on its harm to the human health.
