摘  要:目的探讨无线音频系统对听障儿童言语识别能力的影响。方法分别在远距离和背景噪声两种情况下,对24例听障儿童佩戴FM系统前后的言语识别能力进行评估,并对家长进行患儿一般情况、患儿聆听环境情况等方面的调查。结果听障儿童在生活中大部分时间处于非安静环境中;患儿在佩戴FM系统前后的言语识别能力有极为显著的差别。结论在噪音环境下和远距离交流中,佩戴FM系统对提高患儿言语识别率有极为显著的作用。Objective To explore the effects of FM systems on the speech recognition abilities of hearing-impaired children. Methods The speech recognition abilities of the hearingimpaired children were assessed before and after wearing the FM system in case of long-distance communication and under noisy background, respectively. The information about the general conditions and listening environment of the children were collected from their parents. Results Hearing-impaired children tend to live in noisy environments most of the time; there were significant differences in speech recognition scores of the children before and after wearing the FM system. Conclusion FM system is effective in improving the speech recognition abilities of hearing-impaired children in case of long-distance communication and in noisy environment.
