摘　　要：目的通过调查江苏省高邮市不同级别医疗机构住院患者的基本情况,了解高邮市群众对卫生服务的需求和利用现状,为江苏省农村卫生适宜技术推广示范研究提供实践依据。方法抽取高邮市人民医院、市二院、市中医院及2个乡镇卫生院某一天当日全部住院患者进行问卷调查,收集住院患者的一般信息、诊疗信息等,并对所获取卫生服务需求及利用情况的数据进行统计学分析。结果不同级别医院住院患者在文化程度、职业分布、付费方式、住院科别及罹患疾病系统不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农村住院患者在收入低于县城住院患者。结论农村居民依然是县乡医疗机构主要使用者,应尽快推广面向农村居民的卫生适用技术,尤其选择一些费用低、易于开展的卫生技术十分必要,以进一步提高基层医疗卫生水平。Objective To understand the health levels of people lived in the county between the requirement and utilization of health service for rural residents in Gaoyou County and to acquire the practice evidence for promotion of appropriate technologies of health in Jiangsu Pronvinee. Methods The hospitalized patients form five hospital, including people county general hospital, the second county hospital, traditional Chinese medicine hospital and two township hospitals were investigated on a certain day by questionnaire and the data of them were collected and analyzed. Results The hospitalized patients from the different levels of the medical organizations in education, occupations, hospital charges, disease systems had difference. Conclusion Rural residents were still main consumers to medical organization at county level, the suitable technique of health service should be promoted as soon as quickly, espeeially technics with lower cost and easy to be promoted, so to further improving rural health level.
