消瘤丸的体内抗瘤作用

摘　　要：目的探讨消瘤丸对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制和对环磷酰胺的增效作用。方法给小鼠腋下或腹腔接种肉瘤Ｓ１８０或肝癌Ｈ２２肿瘤细胞。结果消瘤丸（１０ｇ／ｋｇ）对小鼠Ｓ１８０的生长有明显抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），抑瘤率达２４％，并可显著增强环磷酰胺（５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）的抑瘤作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。但对小鼠肝癌Ｈ２２的生长和腹水型肝癌Ｈ２２小鼠的存活期无明显影响。结论消瘤丸对小鼠移植肉瘤有抑瘤作用。ObjectiveTo observe antitumor activity of Xiaoliuwan pill on tumorbearing mice.MethodsThe mice were transplanted by armpit or intraperitoneum injection of S 180 or H 22 tumor cells.ResultsXiaoliuwan pill(10 g/kg) inhibited markedly the growth of S 180 ( P < 0.01 ),with inhibitory rate of 24%,and enchanced the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide(5 mg/kg)on growth of S 180 ( P < 0.05 ),but the growth of H 22 and survival period of mice bearing H 22 insacites were not significantly affected by Xiaoliuwan pill ( P > 0.05 ).ConclusionXiaoliuwan pill can inhibit growth of S 180 tumor cell line,and has synergism with cyclophosphamide.
