投射性绘画测验在大学生家庭功能研究中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨不同家庭关系投射类型对家庭亲密度和适应性及自我和谐的影响。方法采用中文版家庭亲密度和适应性量表和自我和谐量表以及家庭关系图示投射测验作为测评工具,对185名天津市在校大学生施测。结果①家庭亲密度和适应性与"不和谐"、"刻板性"和自我和谐总分之间均见到不同程度的显著负相关,与"灵活性"之间见到不同程度的显著正相关;即家庭亲密度和适应性越高,自我和谐水平越高;②家庭关系图示投射测验2名评价者的一致性较高(和谐系数W=0.7959,χ2=16.7143,P=0.0008),重测信度也较高(和谐系数W=0.8365,χ2=21.6547,P=0.0003);共分为4种家庭关系投射类型,"家庭亲密型"人数最多,其次为"亲子过密型"和"家庭分散型","亲子分散型"最少;③"家庭亲密型"的家庭亲密度和适应性及自我和谐度高于"家庭分散型"、"亲子分散型"和过密型家庭。结论家庭功能影响大学生个体的心理发展。Objective To discuss the influence of different family casting style on family adap fability and cohedion and self consistency and congruence.Methods A total of 185 Tianjin students were tested by using Chinese Family Adap Fability and Cohedion Scal,Self-consistency and Congruenle scale and Projective test of Family Relantionship Chart.Results ①The total score among family cohesion and adaptability,＂non-harmony＂,＂stiffness＂ and self-harmony were different and existed significantly negative-related,while positive-related with ＂flexibility＂ in varying degress.The higher the family cohesion and adaptability,the higher the level of self-harmony would be.②The casting experiments of family relationship charts showed that the similarity of 2 subjects was high（Kendall＇s Coefficient of Concordance W= 0.7959,χ^2=16.7143,P=0.0008） as well as the retest credibility（Kendall＇s Coefficient of Concordance W=0.8365,χ^2=21.6547,P=0.0003）.There were 4 family relation projective styles：the ＂cohesion family＂ type enjoys the largest population,followed by the ＂over-affect-children family＂ and ＂sparsly-intimated family＂ type,the ＂affect children while sparsly-intimated family＂ type were the least.③The ＂cohesion family＂ type＇s cohesion and adptability and self-harmony were higher than the other types.Conclusion The family functions influence the psycho development of each undergraduate.
