摘　　要：在国际社会人本化趋向下,以产品缺陷为诉因的航空产品责任争议诉讼是保护消费者权益的重要途径,在平衡产品制造商、航空公司和消费者三者综合利益的基础上,我国未来航空产品责任立法应以保护人权和尊重人的生命价值为中心,侧重保护航空运输消费者的利益,进而促进航空产业的发展。Aviation litigation regarding product defects is a very important method to protect consumers＇interests in the humanistic trend of international law, therefore, the research on judicial activities of product liability has a theoretical and practical significance. At present, concerning issue are seldom studied at home and abroad, and thus some relating legal problems in practice and its applicability always rise. According to the status of study and judicial practice in this field, the article analyzes some legal effects and problems of product liability involving international air transportation proceedings. At the same time, on the basis of balancing product manufactures, airlines and consumers, China＇ s future legislation on avia- tion product liability should focus on protecting human rights and respecting humang life value, and give priority to protect consumers＂ interests to promote development of aviation industry.
