维生素K_3在胃肠双对比造影中低张应用研究

摘　　要：目的：研究维生素Ｋ３在胃肠双对比造影中的低张作用。方法：选择４０例病例，分成２组，每组２０例。第一组肌注维生素Ｋ３１６ｍｇ，第二组肌注６５４２１０ｍｇ，应用青岛ＱＤ３型硫酸钡配成１８０％～２２０％混悬口服液后变动体位使钡剂均匀涂布整个胃壁粘膜表面。结果：维生素Ｋ３可满足胃、十二指肠双对比造影作低张药物检查时间要求。结论：双对比造影要用低张药物。维生素Ｋ３可取得低张效果。Purpose:To study the hypotonic effect of VitK 3 in gastroduodenal double contrast examination.Methods:40 cases were divided into two groups. VitK 3 16mg was used in the first group and 654 2 10mg was used in the second group for comparison. 180%～220% barium suspension(Qingdao, QD 3 type) was used.Even distribution of barium was obtaind by changing the positions of the patients.Results:VitK 3 as a hypotonic agent was satisfactory for the time requirement in gastroduodenal double contrast examination.Conclusion:VitK 3 can obtain satisfactory hypotonic effect and there was no side effect.
