摘 要:泡桐是我国重要的速生用材树种,具有较高的生态、社会和经济效益。由类菌原体MLO所引起的"丛枝病"严重影响了泡桐的生长发育和栽培的经济效益,该研究在高温结合茎尖培养脱除泡桐病毒的基础上,研究组培苗的增殖、生根培养,并且采用轻型基质容器育苗,试验表明:最佳的继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L;最佳生根配培养基为MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+ABT 0.4 mg/L;容器育苗中最优的基质配比为2/3稻壳+1/3锯屑。Paulownia is an important fast-growing species and has high ecological,social and economic benefits.Witch′s broom caused by mycoplasma-like organism(MLO)has seriously affected the growth and cultivation economic benefits of Paulounia.In this research,by means of stem tip culture after temperature treatment,the MLO-free plantings were obtained,and in this basis,the proliferation,rooting and vessel sprout cultivation by light-media substrate were introduced.The results showed that the optimum subculture and proliferation culture medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L,the best rooting medium was MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+ABT 0.4 mg/L.The optimum substrate of vessel sprout cultivation was mixed with 2/3 rice husk and 1/3 sawdust.
