摘　　要：烘炉是循环流化床锅炉调试运行的首要环节,其烘炉效果关系到锅炉今后的正常运行。通过对常规烘炉和热烟气烘炉两种工艺方法的比较分析,东方电厂2~#循环流化床锅炉的烘炉采用了安装临时烘炉机的热烟气烘炉法,烘炉分中低温和高温两个阶段进行。运行实践表明,热烟气烘炉法克服了常规烘炉法烘炉过程中经常出现的加热不均、水分析出不彻底等问题,提高了烘炉质量,保证了循环流化床锅炉的正常运行。Dry-off oven is the primary link for debugging and operation of CFB boiler,the effect of the dry-off oven will influence the normal operation of CFB boiler.Through the comparative analysis about the two technology methods of regular dry-off oven and hot flue gas dry-off oven,the #2 CFB boiler of Dongfang Power Plant adopts the hot flue gas dry-off oven which installs temporary dry-off oven,the process is divided into two stages of mid-low temperature and high temperature.The operation practice shows that,the hot flue gas dry-off oven method overcomes the problem of uneven heating and incomplete water precipitation appearing in the dry-off oven process of conventional dry-off oven method,which improves the quality of dry-off oven and guarantees the normal operation of CFB boiler.
