摘 要:免拆模薄壁剪力墙复合体系是开发新材料新技术替代粘土砖研究探索的一个重要领域。当剪力墙的厚度突破了最小数值的限定,其自重小、刚度小、延性好;当剪力墙配筋仅为钢丝网片时,能有效地限制斜裂缝开展,使斜裂缝较均匀分布。通过对墙体的非线性有限元分析,对墙体的受力破坏过程,裂缝发展情况,应力应变分布情况,来验证墙体的各种性能的优劣,并和试验数据进行了对比。据此可以提出该体系能满足地震区的设计要求,可达到良好社会经济的目的。Composite system of thin shear wall without demoulding is an important field of studyingnew material and new technology to substitute clay brick.As the thickness of shear wall has broken through the limitation of minimum number value,so its weight becomes lighter,its rigidity becomes smaller,and its ductility becomes better. As only the cold-draw steel wire is added to shear wall,it can control the development of crack,and it can make crake distribute evenly.Through the FEM analysis of the wall,which includes destroy process,crack development and the distribution situation of stress and stain,the quality of different properties of the wall is verified,finally the result of calculation is compared with test data..In view of above,the composite system can meet designing requirement of seismic area,and it can achieve good purpose of society and economy.
