摘　　要：优化的主要影响因素有设备线性规格、工作位置及方式.设备规格允许时,可采用组合台阶开采增大系统的生产能力,组合台阶及其各分台阶高度取决于转载机工作规格.伊敏露天矿半连续系统中,组合台阶总高度为21m,其中主采台阶14m,下分台阶7m.采掘带宽度主要与挖掘机工作的回转角有关,合理的回转角应保证挖掘机采掘单位工程量所用时间最短.伊敏露天矿挖掘机合理外回转角为45°,内回转角为50°,合理采掘带宽度为22.5m.最小工作平盘宽度的主要影响因素是工作面带式输送机一次移设服务的采掘带数量.伊敏露天矿半连续工艺系统主采台阶最小工作平盘宽度为97.5m.The main factors affecting linearity,machine location,and working methods of a self-advancing crusher were optimized.The device specification allows for increased productivity in bench mining.Bench and sub-bench heights depend on specifications related to material transfer.The semi-continuous system in the Yimin open coal mine has a group-bench height of 21meters and main mining bench at 14meters.The sub-bench height is seven meters.The width of a mining panel is closely related to the swing of the shovel used during working.A reasonable width insures that the shovel spends the shortest time per unit amount of work.Reasonable external and internal swings of the shovel in the Yimin mine should be 45and 50 degrees for a panel width of 22.5meters.The main factor affecting working bench width is the number of panels the belt conveyor services in one pass along the working face.The minimum working bench width of the Yimin mine is 97.5meters.
