摘 要:采用人工气候环境加速锈蚀方法,研究了不同偏心距的锈蚀钢筋混凝土压弯构件破坏形态、延性、承载力及其结构性能退化机理,并针对不同锈蚀程度的大、小偏压构件的荷载-挠度关系、荷载-纵向压缩变形及偏压构件的承载能力进行了相应分析.结果表明:钢筋锈蚀会引起钢筋力学性能下降、混凝土保护层锈胀开裂、黏结锚固性能退化及箍筋的锈蚀程度比纵筋严重等,从而导致压弯构件的破坏形态发生变化;受拉钢筋达到屈服后,受压区混凝土很快达到极限压应变,锈蚀构件的延性性能明显降低,脆性性能则明显增加.在试验结果分析基础上,建立了与纵向锈胀裂缝宽度相关的锈蚀压弯构件侧向挠度、开裂荷载及极限荷载的预计模型,为老化混凝土结构检测加固设计时提供应用参考.The deterioration of corroded reinforced concrete members under flexing and compression loads was studied.The ductility,load bearing capacity,and shape after failure were determined under different loading eccentricities.Accelerated corrosion in an artificial climate was used to prepare the samples.Stress-strain relationships were obtained and the carrying capacity of components subject to large or small bias was determined at various degrees of corrosion.The results show that corrosion of the steel causes a drop in mechanical strength of the steel bars.The concrete cracks due to expansion caused by formation of corrosion products and the bond between the reenforcement and the concrete is degraded.Stirrup corrosion is more serious than corrosion of the longitudinal reinforcements and results in a change in shape of the member under flexing or compression loads.After the steel yields in tension the compressed concrete rapidly reaches its ultimate compressive strain.Corroded members are less ductile and significantly more brittle.The experimental results were used to create models that predict lateral deflection,cracking loads,and ultimate loads of corroded members subject to flexing and compression loads.The longitudinal corrosion-crack width was used as a parameter in the model.The model can be considered as application references for detection and reinforcement design of the aging concrete structure.
