摘  要:为控制超滤膜污染,采用新型磁性离子交换树脂(MIEX)进行预处理,降低超滤系统运行的跨膜压差.结果表明:MIEX树脂投量的通水倍数为800BV,聚合氯化铝(PAC)投量仅为14mg/L时,反洗后跨膜压差可有效恢复.MIEX-混凝沉淀-超滤(工艺1)对UV254,CODMn,DOC,三卤甲烷生成势(THMFP)和卤乙酸生成势(HAAFP)的去除率分别为87.2%,74.4%,69.5%,88.2%和87.3%;混凝沉淀-超滤(工艺2)对UV254,CODMn,DOC,THMFP和HAAFP的去除率分别为20.5%,42.9%,27.9%,35.6%和33.6%.MIEX树脂预处理去除大部分疏水性和荷电亲水性有机物,对中性有机物也有一定去除,对相对分子量小于3ku的有机物去除率达61.3%.2种工艺出水平均浊度为0.07NTU.MIEX预处理减小了膜过滤时膜孔堵及滤饼层阻力,降低了过滤阶段的总阻力,有效地控制了膜污染.In order to control the membrane fouling,MIEX resin pretreatment was used to decrease trans-membrane pressure.The results show that the MIEX resin dosage(process 1) reached 800bed volume(BV),and polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC)dosage was 14mg/L.Trans-membrane pressure could be recovered effectively after hydraulic flush.The average CODMn,DOC,UV254,THMFP and HAAF removal were 87.2%,74.4%,69.5%,88.2%and 87.3%in process 1,and the average CODMn,DOC,UV254,THMFP and HAAF removal were 20.5%,42.9%,27.9%,35.6%and 33.6%in the process 2.The pretreatment by MIEX resin can remove most of the hydrophobic and hydrophilic charged organics,as well as some neutral organics can be removed.The organics of MW 〈3ku dalton could be removed 61.3%.The average turbidity was 0.07NTU in the effluent of two processes.MIEX resin pretreatment decreased the membrane pore blocking and membrane cake resistance to reduce the total resistance of membrane,which alleviated the membrane fouling and reduced the chemical cleaning cycle.
