摘　　要：分泌型天冬氨酸蛋白酶(SAP)是白色假丝酵母菌最重要的毒力因子之一,由sap基因家族编码。在体外培养和体内外白色假丝酵母菌感染过程中,sap基因家族各成员间存在着表达和调控上的差异。本文就白色假丝酵母菌sap基因家族分子及其结构特点、sap基因表达差异及其影响因素作一综述。The secreted aspartic proteinases（SAP）,encoded by the sap gene family,appear to play a major role in Saccharomyces albicans（S.albicans） virulence. The sap gene family is differentially regulated,and distinct members are expressed under a variety of laboratory growth conditions and during experimental S.albicans infections in vitro and in vivo. This review is to summarize recent research regarding the structural feature of Sap,the sap gene family differential expression and discuss the influencing factors.
