复方红花降压胶囊的降脂作用及安全性动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方红花降压胶囊对高血脂大鼠的治疗效果及其毒性。方法通过对Wistar大鼠饲喂高脂料,导致实验用大鼠产生高血脂模型。对模型动物采用复方红花降压胶囊灌胃治疗。结果复方红花降压胶囊对高血脂大鼠具有降血脂作用,其降脂作用显著。并对机体无毒性作用。结论复方红花降压胶囊对高血脂大鼠有明显降脂作用,为应用于临床治疗高血压提供了理论依据。Objective To investigate the lipid-lowering effect of the compound safflower buck capsule in hyperlipidemia rats and its toxicity.Methods Hyperlipidemia rat model was established by high-fat feeding,and then administration of compound safflower capsules was performed by oral gavage.Results and Conclusion The compound safflower buck capsule has a significant lipid-lowering effect on hyperlipidemia rats with no toxicity,which provides an experimental basis for clinic application of the compound safflower buck capsule in hyperlipidemia therapy.
